A quick 10 min all standing legs, glutes and thighs workout to create definition and strength in the lower body. You'll be given different options in the video to cater to beginners, and for those who have more experience and want to build on what you have already developed. You can use a chair for support if needed, or pick up weights to make the exercises more challenging. If you feel you weren't challenged enough after the 10 minutes, try a 2nd or 3rd set, or choose heavier weights for the best leg and glute workout.
If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout.
