Yoga For Period Days | Gentle Yoga For Your Menstrual (Menstruation) Phase | 20 Minutes

20 minute yoga for period days! This is a gentle yoga practice for your menstruation phase (when you have your period). This first part of the menstrual cycle often calls for us to be more gentle with our movements. In this yoga class, you'll find gentle hip opening, gentle lower back stretching, and some gentle pelvic floor stretching to help support you through menstruation. We also move mindfully and with the intention of honoring our moon cycle and connecting with our feminine energy. Remember that everyone feels different during their period, so modify as needed to suit your needs during this time of your monthly cycle.
