GNC Satellite Event 6 | NIS: the pandemic, the present and the future (Bangladesh)

This session will present an overview of the different elements of the NIS Working Group's achievements, and next steps planned. The event will share: country experiences from Bangladesh on COVID-19 NIS adaptations with lessons learned from the resumption of nutrition surveys; present the recently-developed IPC acute malnutrition road map; and highlight upcoming NIS initiatives, including IYCF indicators and a standardized assessment method, and innovation on digital diagnosis of acute malnutrition.
