How I Setup Convex with Postgres

Joking aside there was a comment on my last video that asked if it would be possible to show how to get a self-hosted instance of Convex like this up and running with a remote database. Something like Postgres. Lucky for us Convex already thought of that. But I thought you might still like to see how I did it.
