Cervical Cancer Awareness Week 2017: Why is screening important?

October 16-20 is Cervical Cancer Awareness week! Dr. Rob Di Cecco, Cervical Lead for the South West Regional Cancer Program explains why cervical screening is so important for the early detection of cervical cancer, and encourages all women and transgender men who retain a cervix to keep up-to-date on their screening.
