At a Scottish Social Services Council leadership event in January 2017 Lisa France, childminder, talked about one of the first moments she realised she was demonstrating leadership in her service. She spoke about the local childminding group as ‘leaders together’, supporting each other to provide a professional childminding service for children and their families.
