I’ve been vegan for almost 9 years and I went through A LOT of different diets and stages with my fitness & nutrition. This full day of eating was 2115 calories and those are my current fat loss calories. It took me some time to build up my metabolism to be able to lose weight on these calories. If you're someone who is already eating low calories and not seeing any results, you might need a reverse diet to build up your metabolism first before you can focus on weight loss. When it comes to weight loss, the most important thing is your total calorie intake. Yes, choice of food matters as well but if you’re not in a caloric deficit, you won’t be able to lose weight.
