संकेशवळ नगरपालिकेचे अधिकारी कोणतेही काम करत नाहीत, त्यामुळे नागरिकांना मोठ्या समस्यांचा सामना करावा लागत आहे, असा आरोप विरोधी पक्षाचे सदस्य महेश हट्टिवळी आणि दिलीप होस्मणी यांनी केला आहे. त्यांनी नगराध्यक्षा शीमा हतनूरे आणि उपाध्यक्ष विवेक क्वल्ली यांनी तात्काळ राजीनामा द्यावा, अशी मागणी केली.
संकेशवळ नगरपालिकेच्या सभागृहात पार पडलेल्या सर्वसाधारण सभेत विरोधी पक्षाच्या सदस्यांनी प्रशासनाविरोधात तीव्र शब्दांत नाराजी व्यक्त केली. "तुमच्या कार्यकाळात कोणत्याही प्रकारची विकासकामे होत नाहीत. अधिकारी तुमचे ऐकत नाहीत, नागरिकांच्या समस्यांकडे कुणाचेही लक्ष नाही," असे म्हणत त्यांनी सत्ताधाऱ्यांवर हल्लाबोल केला.
