Snickerdoodles, how I love you!

Snickerdoodles are a very old cookie recipe. They are cinnamon, have a bite from cream of tartar and are one of my favorite cookies.

They are very simple to make. One of my goals with this site, www.misstracybakes.com, is to encourage people to bake more at home. You can make just about any cookie dough, portion them, and freeze them for baking later. You can put them in the fridge if you are baking them in a few days' time.
