Ingredients for seasoning pork
•onion
•ginger
•garlic
•hot pepper
•chicken seasoning
•dried herbs & spice mix has - fenugreek, rosemary, Selim pepper, cloves, cumin, anise seeds & other stuff, some of which are listed above (add any of these if you have them)
•dried red crushed pepper
•olive oil to blend
•Salt to taste
