DAY 19: WHOLESOME : 21-Day Yoga Journey with Ciara

WHOLESOME DAY 19: Sunday Yum, was a deep dive into the subtle sensations of our bodies and the grounding presence of our surroundings. As we settled onto our mats, we connected profoundly with the floor beneath us and the breath within us.

We explored the weight and feel of different parts of our bodies, from shoulders to feet, embracing the uniqueness of our own physical experiences. Using simple props like tins of beans, we added a playful yet powerful dimension to our practice, enhancing movements and deepening our connection.

Today's movements included:

Gentle rocking and twisting to understand our body’s responses.
Thunder fist stretches to engage our upper body with mindful intensity.
Dynamic leg stretches to challenge our coordination and strength.
As we moved, we fostered a sense of wholesomeness and aliveness, integrating breath with motion to create a fluid dance of awareness and relaxation. 🌊

Exploring & Challenging: Yoga always brings us to new places within ourselves.
Knowing Your Boundary: Learn to discern your limits, saying 'no' for health and 'yes' for growth.
Where does wholesomeness live in you? Do you have a relationship with your inner wholesomeness?

Set daily intentions that foster health, wellness, rest, and connection.
