The cast of Bhoomi includes Nidhi Aggerwal, Ronit Roy, Sathish, Thambi Ramaiah, Dato Radha Ravi, among others. Lakshman has co-written the script with Chandru.

The cinematography has been done by Dudley and music has been composed by D Imman.
