Vegetable Sandwich with Olive Sour Dough bread
Spread butter on olive sourdough bread slices and toast them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Once toasted, apply green chutney on one side of each slice.
Place Gouda or Irish cheddar cheese slices on one bread slice.
Add seasoned, fried potato slices on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle a mixture of salt, pepper, and chaat masala on sliced onion, cucumber, capsicum, and tomatoes.
Stack the seasoned vegetables on top of the fried potato layer.
Add another layer of cheese on top of the stacked vegetables.
Cover the sandwich with the second toasted bread slice, chutney side facing the vegetables.
Toast the assembled sandwich on a pan until the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown.
Slice if desired and serve hot.
