A Beautiful summers day, and as usual I'm out on my 2km walk. Although I'm starting to struggle as the weeks pass. I have stiff legs, #spasticity and #gaitissues.
I have now started #baclofen for my spasticity as I was having very painful #cramps and mobility issues. I try to avoid using my #cane as much as possible but as I fatigue the more I feel I need it.
