Elisabeth Sparkle is an aging actress past her prime who currently stars on a cable workout show aimed at older women. Upon her 50th birthday, her show is scrapped, with the executives stating that the world wants something new, young, and exciting. Elisabeth is soon made aware of an experimental black market drug, a cell replicating SUBSTANCE capable of creating a younger, idealized version of herself. Using this new body and naming it Sue, she quickly regains her fame as the hot new sensation the studio has been waiting for, but the success and thrill of youth lead her to abuse the SUBSTANCE, eventually resulting in some horrifying side effects!
