Supergrandpa, read by Grammy Field

Supergrandpa, written by David M. Schwartz, illustrated by Bert Dobson, and read by Grammy Field.

Gustaf Hakansson might have looked old at the age of 66, yet inside he felt much younger, as he was healthy and fit. One day he decides he wants to participate in the "Tour of Sweden". Everyone, from his wife, his children and grandchildren said he was too old. Even the judges said that he was too old.

Gustaf came to be known as Supergrandpa as he participated in the race, although not officially entered.

Do you know what "Struntprat" means?? It means "Silly Talk" in Sweden. Grampa Hakansson would not listen to those who did not believe in what he knew he could accomplish!!

A great story of determination and desire, to reach our goals without letting others say we can't do it. Be sure to listen so that you can learn of how Gustaf received his new name "Supergrandpa"

I hope you enjoy this story. It was a delight to read for you.

love,

Grammy Field
