'Judicial oversight of EU asylum law at the national level - achieving harmony by overcoming disharmony'
The Honourable Mr. Justice Gerard Hogan was appointed a judge of the High Court in Ireland in October 2010. He was previously a Senior Counsel at the Irish Bar and was a lecturer and fellow of Trinity College, Dublin. Mr. Justice Hogan is co-author of Administrative Law in Ireland and co-author of Kelly: The Irish Constitution. His work on the Origins of the Irish Constitution 1928‐41 was published by the Royal Irish Academy in 2012.
