Prawn here with some tips and tricks for Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on useful things to do first. Sure they might not be exciting but I'd recommend picking all the herbs in sight and brewing potions like crazy.

Picking herbs unlocks various survival skills which can increase the loot you find, help to boost your strength skills and more. You can then use the herbs you have collected to make potions. Those potions can then be used to improve your combat abilities.
