সময়ের সাথে যদি
কিছু স্মৃতি হয়ে যেত অধোগতি
তবে আমি মুক্ত হাসি হাসিতাম।

হয়তোবা কোন রজনীতে
ঐ দূর আকাশের বিধু
ভাগ করে হাসতো আমার সাথে।

হয়তোবা আর মনে পড়তো না আমার
তুমি নামক মানুষটিকে।
সময়ের সাথে আমি অপেক্ষা করিতে থাকি
কিছু স্মৃতির অধোগতির জন্যে।

দিবা যায়, যায় শেষ হয়ে যায় নিশি
শুধ শেষ হয়ে যায় না আমার অপেক্ষা
ভালো আছি আমি মথ্যে হাসির আড়ালে
তবুও মন থেকে চাই আমি
সুখে থেকো প্রিয়া।
