Ken Rona on a Smarter Way to Work Hard and Get the Best Grades

In Chapter 2 of 17 in his 2014 Capture Your Flag interview, digital media executive Ken Rona answers "Where Did You Learn Your Work Ethic?" Rona shares how he learned there is no substitute for hard work. He learned this when going back to college at age 25 and outworking his peers to earn top grades. Over time, he learns to study smarter and better allocate where he spends his time studying to work less and still be a top achiever. Ken Rona is currently Founder and CEO of YourCall.tv, a digital media startup allowing anyone to become a broadcaster. At the time of this interview, he was a VP Audience Data and Analysis Platforms at Turner Broadcasting. Rona earned a BA and MA from Stony Brook University and a PhD in Behavioral Economics from Duke University.
