Venture Capitalist, educationist and former CFO of Infosys, TV Mohandas Pai, says that the Karnataka government isn't prioritising Bengaluru, costing the city and its residents dearly. He says that though Karnataka got a raw deal in the 15th finance commission, it is no excuse for the government not to clean up the city or cover its potholes, which are basic requirements for a city that has global aspirations.
