Percutaneous closure of large Coronary Cameral fistulae | Rare Case | Medicover Hospitals

Mrs. Gadiyala Sireesha was diagnosed with large coronary Cameral fistulae. Anomalous connection from left circumflex artery to right ventricle.
She was admitted to multiple hospitals and was advised of high-risk open heart surgery.
We evaluated and diagnosed the patient with this rare problem and did a Percutaneous device closure of the coronary Cameral fistulae. We discharged the patient on day 2 of the procedure and circumvented the need for high-risk open surgery.
