On The Scene: With former president Rodrigo Duterte now under ICC custody, here's a peek at its detention center and courtroom from file videos. The ICC Detention Center is located within the Dutch prison complex in Scheveningen outside of The Hague. According to the ICC, the detention center was designed to hold detainees in "safe, secure and humane custody."
