The INSTASHRED workout regimen is the best of both worlds hitting the muscles in the most effective ways, all in one week.
It does this by working the lower rep ranges in through a 'power' style method for the first two days of the week, followed by a slightly higher rep range and faster pace style for the latter part of the week with the same muscle groups. This together creates our flagship routine; truly the best of both worlds training all major muscle groups twice a week, and through the most important rep ranges!
