Not only have home prices appreciated, but the pace of sales has also accelerated. On average, homes in San Mateo are now selling after just 13 days on the market, compared to 14 days last year.

The number of homes sold in June 2024 also saw a slight increase. A total of 80 homes were sold this June, compared to 79 homes sold during the same period last year.
