Cheese garlic bombs 🥖💣🎉

Because he's about to 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 with this rib-tickling recipe video of homemade restaurant-style 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐁𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐬. 🤯 (Again, no pun intended!)

These warm toasty orbs are filled with ooey-gooey cheese, slathered with oodles of garlic butter and baked to perfection with Wonderchef OTG!😍

Irresistible and so addictive, we recommend making two batches! 🤤

👉Ingredients
For the dough
1 1/2 cup refined flour
2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp activated yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg (If making eggless just add more milk)
1/2 cup milk (add more if required)
for the garlic butter
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Other ingredients
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup egg wash or milk wash
Sesame seeds for topping

👉Method:
1. Take the flour on you work surface & mix with salt
2. Make a well in the center & add the yeast, sugar, milk & egg
3. Mix well & start kneading the dough for 15 mins
4. Once smooth and soft add the butter & knead again for 5-6 mins till smooth
5. Rest the dough cover for 1 hour till it doubles
6. While the dough proofs make the garlic butter, mix all the ingredients in a bowl & transfer to a piping bag
7. Once the dough has proofed, knock it back & portion it out
8. Flatten out each portion & add the garlic butter & cheese
9. Seal it shut & roll into a ball
10. Second proof in a tray for 30-40 mins & then brush with egg wash & sprinkle with sesames seeds
11. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 mins at 180C
12. To serve drizzle with more melted garlic butter & serve
