Hot take time. This one is going to make people mad. 🥵

I hate to say it, but both Kenny and I thought Rome was a little overrated. We loved seeing all the historic sites, but we would only go back if we were with someone that had never been.

Otherwise, we’ll be skipping Rome. 😬

Instead, I rather go to another Italian city like Venice (we LOVED Venice even though a lot of people don’t), Amalfi Coast, Cinque Terre, Lake Como, the Dolomites, Sicily, Tuscany, etc.

There are just so many better places to visit in Italy in my opinion.
