CrossFit Open Workout 25.1 | Inside Syracuse Sweat Club

Week 1 of the CrossFit Open kept me in my current hometown, Syracuse, New York. When I'm not on the road traveling for work, this is my local affiliate. I joined CFS in 2019 when I moved from Green Bay, Wisconsin, to be closer to family. This affiliate is full of big hearts and personalities inside their iconic orange walls to show their SU Orange pride!
