Sightseeing Tourist Bus in Vietnam 🇻🇳 Hue to Hoi An (Hai Van Pass) with Marble Mountain

In this Vietnam Travel Vlog I take the sightseeing tourist bus from Hue, Vietnam to Hoi An, Vietnam. This drive over the Hai Van Pass is said to be one of the prettiest drives in Vietnam! Many people choose to drive it themselves on a motorbike, pay an easyrider to take them across the Hai Van Pass on their motorbike, or take the train. However I thought this sightseeing bus over the Hai Van Pass was a great option!! It was really comfortable (unlike a motorbike), we had air conditioning, shade from the sun, our own tour guide, and it made 4 stops along the way! The Hai Van Pass Scenic bus picks you up at your hotel in Hue. Our first stop was the Thanh Toan Covered Bridge which was built in 1776. It's a really historic landmark which was great to see, especially with our guide giving us information. On the other side of the bridge there is a pole which has the water levels marked from different floods in Hue. There's also a market to check out close to the Thanh Toan Covered Bridge.
After exploring the area, we got back on our bus and drove to the Lang Co Lagoon. The lagoon is famous for having amazing oysters which people on the bus could try at a nearby restaurant. I decided to take a walk instead as I don't like oysters.
After the lagoon, we started the 21km drive over the Hai Van Pass. The views were gorgeous! We stopped halfway along the 21km road to see the Hai Van Viewpoint from the top. It was a really cool viewpoint as you can see the ocean on both sides: Da Nang on one side and Lang Co on the other. We got so lucky that the weather was good on the day we went so we could clearly see both sides!
After the viewpoint, we completed the Hai Van Pass and arrived in Da Nang where our tour guide got us some peanut butter banh mis for lunch (included in the tour).
Our final stop was at Marble Mountain in Da Nang. There are 6 marble mountains, but we went to the Water Mountain which is the biggest and most popular one. We had an hour to explore the different temples, caves, and the highest viewpoint of Marble Mountain. It was a really interesting place that I could have spent much more time!
After finishing at Marble Mountain, we ended the scenic bus ride in Hoi An, Vietnam where we were dropped off at our hotels. Overall it was a great trip and a really good option to see the Hai Van Pass in Vietnam!
