Hot 26 Series - All Levels

Alright, technically its not a "hot" class, but traditionally this sequence is done in a heated room.This is a set sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises designed to tone your muscles, improve balance, flexibility, build strength, and increase circulation and mental clarity. I hope you find this practice as meditative and calming for the mind as I do!
