From surfing to serving once more...

As #surfing takes place in the #Tokyo2020 #Olympics this week, we're taking a look at one of the projects we fund as part of the Invictus: Endeavour programme.

Bude Surf Vets use surfing as a tool for recovery for wounded, injured or sick Service personnel and veterans - and we caught up with them recently to find out more about how surfing helps recovery, as well as providing opportunities to give back to others.
