TIANMEN BRIDGE under construction建设中的天门特大桥
"The TIANMEN BRIDGE is located in Shuicheng District, Liupanshui City, spanning the Beipanjiang Grand Canyon. It is one of the landmark and controlling projects of the Anpan Expressway. The bridge is 1,553 meters long, with a structure of 11×40+820+7×40 steel truss suspension bridge + T-beam. The starting and ending pile numbers of the bridge are: K92+812~K94+365. The height of the main tower on the Anshun bank is 192 meters, and the height of the main tower on the Panzhou bank is 135 meters. Both sides are gravity anchored. The main span of the bridge is 820 meters. The facade of the steel truss is located on a bidirectional 0.7% herringbone longitudinal slope. The whole bridge has a total of 61 segment hoisting units, including the main truss steel truss and the orthotropic steel bridge deck. The maximum hoisting weight of the segment is 330t. Its construction difficulty ranks among the top in the world, and its technical content has reached the international advanced level." Du Zaisong, secretary of the ANPAN EXPRESSWAY Section 6 Project Department of China Railway Guangzhou Engineering BUREAU GROUP CO., LTD., who accompanied us to the construction site for an interview, said.
“天门特大桥位于六盘水市水城区境内,横跨北盘江大峡谷,是安盘高速公路的标志性和控制性工程之一。大桥全长1553米,结构形式为11×40+820+7×40钢桁梁悬索桥+T梁,桥梁起讫桩号为:K92+812~K94+365。安顺岸主塔高度为192米,盘州岸主塔高度为135米,两岸均为重力式锚碇。大桥主跨达820米,钢桁梁立面位于双向0.7%的人字纵坡上,全桥共61个节段吊装单元,包括主桁梁钢桁架和正交异性钢桥面板两部分,板桁结合,节段最大吊装重量330t。其建设难度列世界前列,技术含量达国际先进水平。”陪同我们在施工现场采访的中铁广州工程局集团有限公司安盘高速公路6标段项目部书记杜再松说。
