Some wounds can never be healed. They can only be buried. There are no means of rebuilding or recovering from some losses; only accepting and surviving them. Dwelling on the past does not always prevent it from repeating itself or worse things from happening. Setting future goals and objectives may lead to disappointment if cercumstances beyond anyone's control prevent them from being met. And sometimes, more fears come true than dreams. All these life experiences are teaching me never to let fears, regretting the past, and setting future goals and objectives lead to taking the present for granted.
