Inshore San Diego for September

This morning we put in at 5AM, hauling out at 10AM for limits of bass and rockfish caught on swimbaits and tube jigs.

The bass bit well this morning, very well in the dark before grey. Out in the lineup was the place to be this morning. And then again out in 100 feet but not much in-between. By-catch included nice reds, I think they are starting to stage up for the winter spawn.

The prediction was for 70 degree water but it was pretty breezy, could be the ocean is rolling over because our FF was showing 65 degrees all morning.
