It isn’t always so easy to stay consistent with minimalism or know what to prioritize. Life gets messy, and even with the best intentions, it’s easy to drift away from what matters. But I believe that with some simple guidelines or rules, it’s easier to stay on track.

These guidelines aren’t about strict rules or adding more pressure to your life. Instead, they act as boundaries or values that guide your decisions, helping you live more intentionally. They make it easier to focus on what brings you joy, clarity, and balance, especially when things start to feel overwhelming.

In this video, I’m sharing 20 minimalist rules that I personally follow. These aren’t rigid instructions, and they’re certainly not one-size-fits-all. Many of them have been part of my life for years and now feel completely natural, more like habits or ways of thinking than something I need to force myself to remember.

For me, these rules have been incredibly helpful in simplifying my home, building better routines, and living a more balanced and intentional life. I don’t treat them as obligations but as tools that support me in creating the life I want.
