Ja’Lana Dunlap is a 22 year old african american woman that was a victim to police brutality. On September 6 2022 in Fayetteville, Arkansas two officers noticed a vehicle pulling onto the side of the road right next to a field, so out of suspicion they decided to investigate. Officer Haddock was the first to approach the vehicle and introduced himself to Ja’Lana Dunlap. Here is how their interaction went.
