Tandoori Roti
Combine the following and knead a soft dough of:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup pearl millet flour (bajra)
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking soda
Salt to taste
For the roti topping
Chopped fresh coriander
1 tsp white sesame
1 tsp black sesame
Stick it with water
