Wholesome Day 14: Wholesomely Moving 🌿✨

Good morning, wonderful souls! Welcome back to Day 14 of our journey together. It's been two enriching weeks of WHOLESOME, and as we edge closer to the final stretch, the essence of 'wholesome' has truly begun to resonate within us.

Today, we engaged in motions that mirrored the ordinary yet profound activities of our daily lives, like climbing ladders and pulling ropes— all infused with mindful presence.

Through the movement of "Climbing the Ladder" without weights, we practiced engaging our entire body in a flow that mimics life's continuous reach and pull.
We then transitioned to using weights, increasing our awareness of our spinal alignment and the strength required from our bodies.
Reflective Thought of the Day: How did moving wholesomely resonate with you today? Could you feel the textures of your activities and their echo in your body?

Moving Forward: As we prepare for our upcoming sessions and the exciting new theme I will reveal soon, let's carry the wholesomeness of today into every moment.

Grounding & Nourishing: Establish a solid foundation that feeds your body and soul.
Expanding: Moving into a range of motion and creating wellness both physically and mentally.
Exploring & Challenging: Yoga always brings us to new places within ourselves.
Knowing Your Boundary: Learn to discern your limits, saying 'no' for health and 'yes' for growth.
Where does wholesomeness live in you? Do you have a relationship with your inner wholesomeness?

Set daily intentions that foster health, wellness, rest, and connection.
