Ketchup and Brown Sugar Glazed Meatloaf Recipe:

120g Ketchup
120g Brown Sugar
pinch salt
750g Ground Beef
1 Small Onion (diced)
2 Eggs
60ml Milk
120g Breadcrumbs

Mix Ketchup and Brown Sugar together and spread a smll amount on bottom of loaf tin

Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread into loaf tin

Top with remaining glaze

Bake in oven for 1 hour at 170°C
