2013 Dos Pueblos Tournament: Saugus vs Santa Barbara

30 teams entered the Dos Pueblos Volleyball Tournament (dospueblosvolleyballtournament.org/). Saugus was in pool 5 with Santa Barbara, Arroyo Grande, Harvard Westlake and Santa Inez. This was a tough pool. To give perspective on how good these teams were, 3 of the remaining 6 teams in round 2 of playoffs came from pool 5.

Saugus played hard against a tough Santa Barbara team. Santa Barbara was last year's second place team. They split the match with 1 game a piece. Saugus lost the first game, but came back and won the second.
