Many of us clench or tighten our muscles when under stress. The tension in your face can be subtle. Most of the time you don't even notice you're doing it. Use this meditation for facial tension to make you more attuned to the muscle tension and let go of stresses from your face and neck.
If you can make yourself more aware of when you are clenching your muscles, you'll be able to relax more frequently. When you relax your muscles, it has a relaxing effect overall on your mind and body.
