Here is a 20 Minute full body workout. You will need dumbbells for the first set the second set is all cardio! 20 minutes total, try and let me know what you think!

BUILD THAT BODY
Method- 40 secs of work 20 secs of Rest
9 Strength Exercises ( using dumbbells)
8 Cardio Exercises ( No equipment)
