A Response To "Why Depression Is All In Your Head" | Izzy K

Recently I stumbled across a video that really got me going and I knew I had to film my response on it. The original is by Nicole Arbor (there you are, she got her credit but there's no way I'm linking the original video because she don't need any more views!). I know that unfortunately there are a lot of people who have similar thoughts about depression as Nicole, so I wanted to share my reaction. Depression is an illness and deserves to be treated with more respect and understanding.
