Ferncakes
2 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted
1/2 Cup AP flour (125g)
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Sugar
1t Baking Powder
1 Cup Whole Milk
3 Tbsp sour cream
1 egg
Mix the dry ingredients then slowly add the wet ingredients and fold lightly. Don't over mix it or Fern will be mad. Cook these cakes on medium-low heat until GBAD (Golden brown and delicious) then flip that sucker.
Cook it until its firm (huehue) int the center but not too dark. Smother it in butter and syrup then shove into your mouth.
