Ballston Qtr "fountains" and snow

I said "Ballston Commons" but the correct name is "Ballston Quarter", after the massive renovation of the shopping center 2016-2018. More space was moved outdoors. The fluorescent "fountains" are indoors, near the Punch Bowl Social and One Fitness, and also Book Nook (a children's non-profit bookstore).
