NPR just tried to "fact-check" RFK Jr. for saying that coming off antidepressants can be harder than heroin withdrawal. But they completely missed the point.

Antidepressant withdrawal isn't just uncomfortable—it can cause long-term nervous system damage, making tapering incredibly difficult and slow. While heroin withdrawal lasts weeks, SSRI withdrawal can drag on for months or even years, leaving people with long-term conditions.

Mainstream media keeps pushing the "safe and effective" narrative, but the reality is far different.
