Garlic (minced): 2-3 cloves

Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Dried oregano or thyme: 1 teaspoon
For Yogurt Topping:
Yogurt: 1 cup
Garlic (minced): 1 clove
Salt: a pinch
For Garnish:
Fresh parsley (chopped): 2 tablespoon
Red chili flakes or paprika: for sprinkle

Step 1: Pasta Boiling
Ek patila mein pani garam karein, salt aur olive oil dal kar pasta ko packet instructions ke mutabiq boil kar lein.
Jab pasta tender ho jaye, to isay drain karke thoda sa olive oil dal kar mix karein taake chipke nahi.
Step 2: Tomato Sauce Preparation
Ek pan mein olive oil garam karein aur minced garlic ko halka sa fry karein.
Ab grated tomatoes aur tomato paste dal kar mix karein.
Red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, aur oregano dal kar 7-10 minute tak sauce ko pakaein jab tak wo thick ho jaye aur oil separate hone lage.
Ek bowl mein yogurt, minced garlic aur salt ko ache se mix karein.
Isay fridge mein thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
Step 4: Assembling
Boiled pasta ko tomato sauce mein dal kar ache se toss karein taake pasta par sauce achi tarah lag jaye.
