Dogs Found Tied Up in Wire Crate #dogrescue

Six young puppies, a lactating female, and two other young adult dogs were found tied up in a wire crate in a rural area without food or water. They were taken to a shelter but the environment was not ideal for their recovery. Thankfully, someone found them and called animal control, potentially saving their lives. The mom and puppies were rescued by Sacramento SPCA and placed in foster homes. The two other adult dogs are under medical observation and will be heading to rescue soon.
