Hey Everyone-
Here is a 20 minute Full Body Strength and Cardio Workout!! If you are unable to leave the house or just don't want to go to the gym this workout is PERFECT for you! we have two rounds of strength training- Five Different Exercises x2 and then 4 Cardio Exercises x 2 Rounds. 40 secs of work 20 secs of rest for each exercises as per usual and you will need dumbbells.
