Chief Minister Pema Khandu affirmed that the Arunachal Pradesh Freedom of Religion Act (APFRA) 1978 will not affect any religion and assured that inputs from all religious communities will be considered while framing its rules. He also emphasized that Arunachal Pradesh is a land for Scheduled Tribes (STs) and indigenous tribal communities, making it clear that there is no place for refugees in the state.
